1.Product principle
The generator convert the 220v50HZ electrical power into ultrasonic mechanical vibration power to the ceramic transducer and the welding head(horn),the vibration will up to 28000 times - 40000 times per second, then this power will go throw the booster and welding horn to the thermal plastic laminates to gain enough frictional heat, this heat can break the molecular structure of the plastic, let the 2 plastic material melted joint. The welded area is nearly equivalent as strong as the matrix material.
